How It Works
Every renovation begins with a paid Design Discovery Consultation — a chance for us to walk through your home, discuss what's not working, and talk about what you'd like to achieve. Together, we'll explore how your home functions today, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine the level of design support your project needs.
Following the consultation, I'll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope of work, deliverables, and investment. Once you're happy to proceed, the design process begins — starting with layout and functionality, so the overall plan is right before we move into the finer details. Materials, finishes, colours, and fixtures are then carefully selected to support that direction.
Rather than presenting endless options, I refine everything into one fully resolved design — so you have a clear plan to take to your builder, without a long list of decisions still to make.

You’ll have a complete renovation design, planned around your home, your lifestyle and the way you live. From layout and storage through to materials, finishes and fixtures, every decision has been considered as part of the bigger picture.
The result is a clear, cohesive design and documentation package, ready to take to your builder — so you can move forward knowing the important decisions have already been worked through.
The Investment
Every renovation is different, so projects are quoted individually based on the scope and level of design support required.
The process begins with a Design Discovery Consultation — a fixed $495 for a 90-minute in-home session. Following the consultation, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the recommended services, deliverables and investment for your specific project.
The Design Discovery Consultation is a standalone service and is separate from any design work that follows. The $495 consultation fee is not deducted from the cost of your design project.
