Review of your builder plans and documentation, with recommendations for layout, storage and flow — including kitchens, pantries, laundries, bathrooms and walk-in robes where relevant
Interior and exterior selection guidance, covering materials, colours and finishes
A face-to-face selections meeting to work through decisions in person
Completed selections documentation outlining your selections and recommendations, ready to take to your builder
How It Works
We start with a short questionnaire and a copy of your floor plans, so I can understand your home, your priorities and — where you have them — any inspiration images or previous selections that reflect the look you’re after. If you don’t yet have a clear vision, that’s fine too; part of this process is helping you find one.
From there, we meet face-to-face — typically at a tile shop or selections centre — to work through your choices together in person. The meeting is usually around five hours, depending on the size of your home and the number of selections involved.
Following the meeting, I’ll collate everything into one clear document you can hand directly to your builder, along with recommendations for any plan adjustments worth making before your plans are finalised.

You’ll head into your builder selections appointment with a clear direction, considered selections and confidence in the decisions you’re making. Every recommendation and selection is considered as part of the bigger picture, so your floor plan, layout, materials, finishes and fixtures all work together.

Every new build is different, so projects are quoted individually based on the size and scope of the home and the level of design and selection support required.
Your investment is based on the number of spaces and selections involved, including areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms and other key areas throughout the home. Each package includes a plan review, a face-to-face selections meeting and completed documentation ready to take to your builder.
Once I understand the scope of your project, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the recommended services, deliverables and investment for your specific project.
